Complete Salvation

Salvation means – deliverance from the power of sin, redemption, (redemption –
deliverance by payment of a price; redemption refers to salvation from sin, death and the
wrath of God by Christ’s sacrifice).  Restored to the original state of Adam.  To
understand this we must visualize how it was in the Garden of Eden (Gen 1:31 says “God
saw every thing that He had made and behold it was very good.”  God provided every
thing that Adam needed.  God had a personal relationship with Adam.  The Hebrew word
for salvation is “Yesha” and means to open wide, or free, deliverance, prosperity, safety,
aid, health, victory.  Most Christians take the deliverance from sin, however, don’t walk in
complete salvation.  He has given us all spiritual things in heavenly places, (Eph 1;3)
We have been raised up together with Christ (Eph 2:6) so we are to set our mind on
things above.  Dreams and visions are God’s way for us to see the invisible.  Salvation is
by grace.    What is involved in salvation?  Everything that Adam had before the fall.
Jesus came to pay the price for our sins, restore us to righteousness as a free gift.  This
is the legal side.  It is all done for us.  Jesus said on the cross, “It is finished.”  The vital
side is for us to believe and receive it. (Mark 11:22-24).   People say if it is already done
by Jesus, how come we don’t see it..  The Israelites worshipped in the natural, we are to
worship God in the spirit (in truth).  The Bible says “let God be true and every man a
lie.”  We have to meditate on His words until we see it in our heart, then we will see it.
The world says “you have to see it to believe it”, but with God you have to believe it to
see it.  The Bible says “all things are possible to them that believe.”  Believe is not just
mental decent.  The Bible says “I believe therefore I spoke, we also believe therefore we
speak.”  Faith is Fantastic Adventure in Trusting Him.  Faith is acting on what you
believe.  The Word of God in our heart coming out our mouth.  The Word of God is
seed, and as much as you believe and proclaim, you receive. This is the way we are told
to live. “The just shall live by faith”.

Paul said to work out your own salvation ( Phil 2:12 ).

1.        Renew your mind to see the perfect will of God (Rom 12:1-2).  Be God inside
minded for as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.  We have to see our self as God
sees us.  Ex: Gideon (Judge 6)  God called him a mighty man of valor, and we see when
he acted on God’s word he was.  When God gives you a vision, it is out of your reach in
the nature, but it shall come to pass, when we act on God’s word.  The Bible says “if you
are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land (Isa 1:19).  Duet 28:1-14
shows us what happens when we obey God’s Word and vx 15:66 shows what happens
when we don’t obey God’s word.  The Bible says we reign as a king in life by Jesus Christ
(Rom 5:17).  Ps 50:23 says “whoso offers praise glorifies Me and to him that orders his
conversation aright will I show the salvation of God”. Put on the new man,  put on Christ,
imitate Christ (Eph 5:1).  You see in these, the choice is your.  We must recognize who
we are in Christ Jesus.  A good way is to underline everywhere you see in whom, in Him,
in Christ.  Die to self – your feelings can’t be hurt if you are dead. Ex: a corps can’t feel
anything.

2.        We have to be fully persuaded  (Rom 4:20-21). In Phil 1:6 it says it like this “being
confident of this very thing, that He which has begun a good work in you will perform it
until the day of Jesus Christ.  In I John 5:14-15 it says “this is the confidence that we
have in Him that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us: and if we know
that He hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired
of Him.

3.        Walking in Love – so you have received Christ, so walk in newness of life.  ( Rom
6:4 )  (Gal 5:16 says “this I say then, walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of
the flesh”.  The Bible tells us to be filled with the Spirit (Eph 5:18) because we receiver
the Holy Spirit has come upon us.  It is a choice.  God said “I set before you life & death,
blessing and cursing, choose life and live (Duet 30:15-16).  Agape must be our first and
greatest quest.  Love is the hub of everything. (Matt 22:35-40; John 14:12-21)  develop
your love with the Lord, start the day loving on God.

4.        Fear not – believe only:  all spiritual laws hangs on love.  (I Cor 13) I John 4:18
says “there is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has torment.
He that fears is not made perfect in love”.  He that fears, his love is not growing.
Exercise love, confess with all your heart, you love the Lord.  Unbelief is fear.

A.        come to know that we are delivered from fear (Heb 2:14-15, II Tim 1:10).
B.        Resist the spirit of fear, knowing fear is not O.K. it is sin (II Tim 1:7).  All that does
not proceed from faith is sin.
C.        Faith is filtered through love, fear tolerated is faith contaminated. (I John 5:18)
stay in love, don’t let the sun go down on your wrath.  (Gal 5:22-26; Eph 3:16-21; Jude
20-21.
D.        Receive the love (John 15:9-13, 17:23-26)
E.        Believe the love (I Cor 13:8; I John 4:15-21)
F.        Practice the love (I John 2:5-6)
(1)       live out a life of agreement
(2)       never practice anger
(3)       take time to forgive, surround people with love (Phil 4:8) act in secret to bless
them.
G.        Continually confess that Greater is He that is in me then, he
that is in the world, until there is no fear. (II Pet 3:1-2) remember to love (I John 3:23-24).

5.        The power of the tongue (Prov 18:20-21)  the tongue is the creative force.  God
gave the word, great was the company of them that proclaim it.  (speak it, agree &
confess it).  Jesus said “I only do what I see My Father do.”  The Bible says “let the poor,
say I am rich.  Call those things that be not as though they are, not as they will be.
Remember we are made in the image and likeness of God.  Faith is now!  Your words
are seed, and they will harvest (Gal 6:7-9).  In Prov 15:23 it says “a man has joy by the
answer of his mouth”.  Remember: Mary, when the angel told her that she was to be the
mother of the Christ, she said “let it be unto me, according to Your Word.”  She yielded
to the will of God, and so should we.  Hold on to your confession of faith and watch what
you say.

6.        Faith is how we access the promises of God.  What you speak you tend to
believe.  Faith is believing that what God said is true, it releases the divine energy of
God that resides in you.  Learn to believe.  Learn to pray, remember (Eph 2:5-7) we sit
far above with Jesus.  Resist the devil with the Word of God.  You are going to have to
know God’s Word.  Remember, when we learned the time tables, we had to learn them
by heart.  Jesus said “out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.  Remember,
we have a new and better covenant by the blood of Jesus, and when you look at Gen 12;
1-3 you see that covenant wasn’t half bad.  The Bible says in Gal 3:29 “if you be Christ’s
then are you Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise”. It goes on to say in vs
4:1-2 “now I say, that the heir, as long as be a child, differs nothing from a servant,
though he be lord of all.  But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of
the Father.”  The Bible says in Isa 26;3 “You (God) will keep them in perfect peace
whose mind is stayed on Him because he trusts in You.”  Our part is to focus on God.
Find out the plan of God for your life; then do it.  To find out you have to ask Him.  Seek
first the kingdom of God, and all these things will be added to you.  Seeking the kingdom
of God is seeking His way of doing things.  The Bible is our manual; it shows us how to
live in complete salvation.
